Curtain Alterations

Getting your curtains to fit just right is essential to making them look their best. If you've moved home or just haven't got the perfect fit we can help. Most alterations involve shortening curtains, but if you need to lengthen them and there is sufficient fabric we can do that too.

Repairs

If you need to repair your curtains, we can help. The most common repairs we perform on curtains are :

Turn Edges - The leading edge of the curtains (where they meet) is often prone to more wear and tear than other parts of the curtain. The fabric can often fray here, we can turn the edges to restore the original look of the curtains.

Restitch Pleats - If your curtains pleats have become undone, we can restitch them.

Patch Lining - If you don't wish to replace an entire lining, it's possible to patch up damaged areas with lining fabric patches.

Curtain Relining

Over time, linings can fade and perish especially when exposed to strong sunlight. We can reline your curtains either with a quality cotton fabric or blackout lining.
